Cancellation Policy

Cancellations before March 2024 will receive a full refund, minus a $50 administration fee. Cancellations made between March 2024 and April 15, 2024 will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations after April 16, 2024. In the event that the AAC should have to cancel the conference, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
