OVERVIEW
The Aerospace & Defence Division reflects Canada’s growing defence sector alongside aerospace. This division engages with manufacturers, defence contractors, maintenance providers, research institutions, and government agencies to strengthen Alberta’s role in national security, defence innovation, and advanced manufacturing.
It fosters opportunities for industry collaboration in areas such as aerospace technology development, military aviation, maintenance repair and overhaul (MRO), defence procurement, and workforce readiness. By connecting Alberta’s aerospace strengths with the country’s defence needs, the division ensures the province remains a leader in this strategic and high-value sector.
